Meet DR. HARSHITA GOYAL (FOUNDER AND CEO), a visionary entrepreneur with a zeal for organic farming and social welfare, who firmly believes in the adage “Don’t limit yourself. Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do. You can go as far as your mind lets you. What you believe, remember, you can achieve.”. With her passion for providing better and appropriate solutions related to agriculture land development and allied services, she founded ALOHYA AGROTECH, a company that produces the finest quality natural and organic food, personal care, and healthcare products, carefully crafted with organic, ayurvedic, and herbal ingredients.
Driven by her desire to create a positive impact on the world, the remarkable, Dr. Goyal started her entrepreneurial journey at the young age of 22 by venturing into aloe vera farming, which eventually led to the establishment of Alohya Agrotech’s production unit in May 2018. Despite facing social and industrial challenges, she persevered with patience, research-oriented approaches, deliberate steps, and a dedicated team to expand the company’s offerings (including more segments – natural and organic food, personal care (cosmetics), and healthcare products) and solidify its presence in Gurgaon by establishing another production unit (WHO-approved, totally export-oriented, and fully automatic plant, ensuring the highest level of efficacy) in 2023.
Besides her entrepreneurial journey, the illustrious, Dr. Goyal is a socially active person who has undertaken several social initiatives such as GOSHALA, ANATHALYA, and VRIDHASHARAM. These projects are a testament to her vision, dedication, and hard work toward creating a better future for all.
